Baked Bar LA was founded by pastry chefs Anthony Nigro and Thomas Velasquez. Anthony and Thomas have combined experience in Las Vegas, the Bay Area, and greater LA.

They first crossed paths at UCLA and have worked together for 13 years. Baked Bar LA brings fine pastry, elegant desserts, artisan breads, and innovative plant-based options to residents throughout Los Angeles’ Westside.
