Baked Bar LA was founded four year ago by pastry chefs Anthony Nigro and Thomas Velasquez. Anthony and Thomas have combined experience in pastry and fine desserts from Las Vegas, the Bay Area, and greater LA.
They first crossed paths at UCLA and have worked together for close to 20 years. Baked Bar LA brings fine pastry, elegant desserts, artisan breads, custom cakes and locally roasted coffee to residents throughout Los Angeles’ Westside and the Santa Clarita Valley. Chefs have always stayed ahead of the curve with innovative creations, including incredible tasting plant-based (vegan) and gluten-free pastries, breads and desserts.
